Sequencing Report
The RABDASH genomics team at UP Mindanao employs next-generation sequencing of the entire rabies virus using the Oxford Nanopore Technology MinION platform to gain a comprehensive understanding of its genetic composition and elucidate evolutionary relationships and transmission pathways of the virus in Davao region.

This web app visualizes Rabies evolution and transmission in Davao City using genome data. It utilizes phylodynamic, phylogenetic, and phylogeographic analysis, built with NextStrain and powered by data from GISAID.

An animated map illustrating the spread of the virus from one location to another over time, complementing the information in the phylogeny.
Displays the relative genetic diversity observed in the sampled viral genomes, helping identify mutation-prone sites or genes.
Visualizes sequence frequencies over time, allowing analysis based on metadata such as clade, sampling date, emerging lineage, Pango lineage, GISAID lineage, region, country, admin division, originating laboratory, and submitting laboratory.
